International orders are also shipped on the day that payment clears and are generally received in under 14 days. Please allow up to 21 days for international shipping to certain countries.

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. This site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details on cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information. We also store your first name on cookie format to personalize this website. Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. Partially used items can not be returned unless faulty for hygiene reasons or in case you are not satisfied with their performance and compliance.
All items returned MUST be in all original packaging with labels attatched.
We reserve the right to refuse items that are not returned to us in the expected condition. - Ordering

Occasionally, Theosavva Co. Ltd offers special promotions which can be redeemed using a coupon code.
